Crab Cakes

Recipe suitable for ketogenic weight loss


  1. Combine crabmeat, garlic, cheese parsley, egg, salt & pepper into mixing bowl and form into small balls.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and fry each side until golden brown.

You can enjoy one serve, a maximum of 3 times per week.

0.5 grams of carbohydrates per serve.


  • 1/2 avocado
  • Your favourite herbs and spices (pepper, salt, garlic, chilli)
  • Squeeze of lemon
  • Crudites (cucumber, capsicum, carrot, celery)
  • Optional – 1/2 tomato chopped, 1/4 onion chopped.
