Shipping and Delivery

  • Your order will be filled within 2 working days whenever possible. If, for some reason outside our control, we can’t dispatch your order within 5 working days, we will contact you so that we can make alternative arrangements.
  • On dispatch of your order you will be provided with an email notification including order tracking details (where available). We request you to please contact the courier company firstly should you have any delivery concerns.
  • All orders are shipped by courier or Australia Post within Australia only up to a maximum weight of 5kg**
  • Please ensure that you provide your full address when ordering. We cannot be responsible for non-delivery if you do not provide the correct address.
  • Orders sent to PO Boxes can only be sent by Australia Post.
  • The delivery of all orders must be signed for (except to PO Boxes). We accept no responsibility for goods left without a signature at a customer’s request, or where delivered to another party at the customer’s request.
  • Please allow between 5 to 10 working days for delivery of your online order although many of our customers receive their order in just a few days.
  • Orders will be dispatched only once a cleared payment in full has been received.

**larger or bulkier orders, or orders outside of our regular delivery network may incur a greater delivery fee, if this is the case you will be contacted before your order is processed.

***Certain rural areas outside the regular delivery network may take an extra day/s for delivery. eg. WA, SA , NT. Postage times are an approximate GUIDE ONLY and can NOT be guaranteed as there will be rare cases where there may be a delay.
