Recipe suitable for ketogenic weight loss


  1. Cook bacon under grill.
  2. Spray egg ring with oil.
  3. Cook egg until firm. Assemble stack by placing cooked egg on serving plate, bacon next, then tomato.
  4. Top with cheese. Place stack under grill for approx two minutes.

  • 2 pieces short cut bacon
  • 1 egg
  • 10 gms hard cheese
  • 1/2 tomato
  • Cracked pepper to serve
