Hamburger Steaks

Recipe suitable for ketogenic weight loss


Combine all ingredients except bouillon. Slowly
add bouillon and then shape into hamburger
patties. May be pan-fried or grilled..


• 1kg beef mince
• 1 cup beef bouillon
• 1 egg (beaten)
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 1 tsp dry mustard
• ¼ tsp garlic powder
• 2 Tbsps Worcestershire Sauce
