Instructions

Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth. Keep refrigerated.

HELPFUL HINTS

Thin mayonnaise if it’s too thick by adding 1 Tbsp of hot water.
Refrigerate homemade mayonnaise in a covered, non reactive container and use within one week.
(1 serve = 1 tsp)

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1-2 Tbsps lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp mustard powder
  • Sugar substitute to taste
  • 250ml oil
  • Salt & pepper
  • Dash, Tabasco, Worcestershire or Soy Sauce
