Tomato and Mushroom Salad

Serves: 4

Recipe suitable for ketogenic weight loss


Place lettuce in serving bowl. Cut tomatoes and
mushrooms into bite sized pieces and toss through
with lettuce.
Mix together oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper and finely
chopped basil. Pour over salad just before serving.


• 4 small fresh tomatoes
• 10 button mushrooms
• Small bowl washed lettuce
• 2 Tbsps lemon/lime juice
• 2 Tbsps virgin olive oil
• ½ cup fresh basil
• ½ tsp salt
• ½ tsp cracked black pepper
