Mashed Carrot & Turnip

Serves: 4-6

Recipe suitable for ketogenic weight loss

Instructions

  1. 5 large carrots diced
  2. 1 large turnip peeled and diced
  3. 1 avocado
  4. 1 teaspoon of mixed herbs
  5. Salt and pepper to taste

Ingredients

  • Boil carrots and turnips until tender
  • Drain and mash until smooth.
  • Mash avocado into mixture
  • Add remaining ingredients and mix until desired flavour and texture is achieved
