Recipe suitable for low calorie weight loss
- Drain chickpeas and keep liquid aside
- Blend chickpeas, garlic, cumin, salt and olive oil on low speed in a blender or food processor.
- Slowly add chickpea liquid until desired consistency is achieved.
- Serve with vegetable sticks of celery, carrot, cucumber, capsicum – all of your favourites!
