Steamed Vegetable Mix

Serves: 6

Recipe suitable for ketogenic weight loss


Steam vegetables in broth until tender. Remove
vegetables and reduce the liquid in pan to 2
Tbsps. Add the butter, minced basil and
oregano and lemon pepper. Drizzle over
vegetables and serve with your choice of meat.


  • 500g frozen mixed vegetables
  • ½ Tbsp minced oregano
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp lemon pepper
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ Tbsp minced basil
