Asparagus Omelette

Serves: 2

Recipe suitable for ketogenic weight loss


Cut asparagus into 2cm pieces. Melt
butter in pan. Add asparagus and cook
on medium heat until heated through.
Beat eggs with salt and pepper and
pour into pan. Cover and cook until
eggs are set. Remove and place on
platter, garnishing with paprika.


  • 16 sticks asparagus
  • 2 Tbsps butter
  • 8 eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Paprika
