Hearty Breakfast Treat

Recipe suitable for ketogenic weight loss


Spray hot frying pan with oil. Break eggs into pan
and cook to desired consistency (hard or soft
centres). Remove eggs from pan and keep hot.
Place butter in pan and fry bacon. Cook 1-2
minutes. Add mushrooms and tomato to pan and
cook until mushrooms are soft and tomato brown.
Place eggs and contents of pan onto serving dish
and serve immediately.


• 2 eggs
• 3 bacon rashers
• 2 slices tomato (thin)
• ½ cup mushrooms (sliced)
• 2 Tbsps butter
• Oil spray
