Instructions

Combine all marinade ingredients. Add the pork
chops and marinate in fridge for 12 hours. Grill the
chops or BBQ until tender.

• 6 pork loin chops
• Sugar substitute to taste
• ¼ cup soy sauce
• 3 cloves minced garlic
• ¼ cup dry sherry
• 1 Tbsp peanut oil
