- Spread each slice of roast beef carefully with a small amount of mustard.
- Place an assortment of julienned vegetables lengthways along the beef, and roll
- Place each roll on a serving platter and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
- 12 thick slices rare roast beef
- 1 carrot julienned
- 1 celery stick julienned
- 1 small cucumber julienned
- 1 tsp of wholegrain, hot english or french mustard
- 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds.
