Instructions

Combine all marinade ingredients. Add the steak
and marinate in fridge overnight. On a medium
heat BBQ place the steak and turn once, cooking
until desired tenderness. 30 minutes approximately
for medium and 40-45 minutes for well done.
Carve into thin slices and serve.

Ingredients

• 1kg sirloin steak
• 1 tsp chilli powder
• 2 tsps minced ginger
• 2 cloves garlic minced
• 1 small onion finely minced
• 1/3 cup lemon juice
• 2 Tbsps olive oil
• 2 tsps paprika
