Instructions

  1. Mash the avocado in a small bowl.
  2. Spice it up with your favourite herbs and spices
  3. Stir through lemon juice and optional veggies.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 avocado
  • Your favourite herbs and spices (pepper, salt, garlic, chilli)
  • Squeeze of lemon
  • Crudites (cucumber, capsicum, carrot, celery)
  • Optional – 1/2 tomato chopped, 1/4 onion chopped.
